ORIENTATION OF ALL COURSES
Women's Incident Survival courses are oriented to accomplish one goal and that is to train the women's
mind and body to react properly to protect them during any number of sexual or extreme domestic
incidents. Though the skill sets maybe similar to those in other courses such as in the training offered under
Personal Incident Survival, these courses are designed specifically to prepare and empower the female
mind and body to engage an attacking male from and in the positions common to sexual or domestic attack.

THE FEMALE ASSAULT
Women get into fights with other women and they also get into fights with men, its just a fact of life. The
courses offered under Women's Incident Survival does not address street fight defense or even domestic
fight altercations. If you are a women and you want to learn to defend in those situations then you might
want to consider Genesis'
Single Aggressor Courses.

The courses under this category deal with only the three most extremely violent assaults upon a women,
assaults so brutal, humiliating, and life threatening that they require their own separate training mindset. The
main courses in this category represent last resort violence on violence neutralization, that could result in the
doom of the attacker. The skill sets you will learn are designed to be used against a very small population
of our society, a segment that is both vile and merciless. These skill sets are not for normal fight encounters
and they are not pretty, just thought you should know before you enroll. So what are these extreme violent
types?:

Domestic Assault
Domestic Assault as defined by Genesis for the purpose of training is the fully enraged and out of control
physical attack by a domestic partner or relative whose intent for whatever reason is to seriously maim or
kill the woman.

Whats the difference between Domestic Assault and Domestic altercation? Basically intent and intensity.
Under a normal domestic altercation either both parties by their actions have agreed to mutual aggression
with no intent to kill, or seriously injure the other, or one person seeks to dominate or control the other by
force but has no intent or will to kill or seriously injure, such actions are almost always accidental.

The point is that the domestic altercation can be defended easily with "Reasonable Force" you are in an
argument don't hurt the person (Please); while the Assault is out of control and getting worst by the second
it is a death frenzy that must be dealt with, with justifiable deadly force. Even the worst of domestic
altercation have mental restraint cause the aggressor to yield at some point before maiming or death, the
assault has no such mental restraint the aggressor is on auto pilot and may even be mentally removed.

Sexual Assault
Sexual assault is the legal term for rape, it is the single greatest assault upon a woman's dignity and body.
The vast core of training of Women's Incident Survival addresses combating the rapist from beginning to
end.

Serial Assault
The Serial Assault is any situation where the intent of the aggressor is to out murder or torture over a
period of time the women.

ATTACK DIFFERENCES
There is a difference from the way a robber attacks a victim and the way a person engages another in a
street fight encounter and both of these differ from the way a rapist or sexual assaulter might hold, hit and
react to its target. For example a woman can train in conventional self defense skills but what does she do
when she finds out that her training does her no good when the attacker is pressed in close or is weighing
her down on top of her on the ground. Genesis takes all these various attack formations into consideration
to present the woman with protective skill sets that will not just make her feel safe but will actually make
her safe.

DEALING WITH THE LEVELS OF ENCOUNTER
All Women's Incident Survival courses are designed to address one of the four levels of encounter that all
female assaults fall under:

First Encounter
Courses that fall under this perspective addresses strengthening the woman's mind, and sharpening her
awareness in an effort to deter being selected as a victim, counter the qualifying phase, and understanding
the indicators of trouble.

Gateway Encounter
These are physical actions perpetrated upon a woman that are physical acts that can lead to more
aggressive action and transition to Initial extreme violence or even Final Extreme violence.

Initial Extreme Violence
These are extreme violent acts used to gain control of the women or transition her to a more suitable crime
area.

Final Extreme Violence
Courses that fall under this heading deal with the actual process and act of the rape, or attempted murder.

ENCOUNTER PHILOSOPHY
Every Encounter Movement is constructed upon four distinct elements that will allow the student to flow
seamlessly from the beginning of an attack to the point where the student escapes or evacuates the area.
Keep in mind that though each encounter movement is divided into four parts and may sound long and
complicated, the movement is designed to flow from one element to the next quickly and seamlessly in
mere seconds. All elements are designed to keep the defender from being drawn into a boxing match like
fist fight. The four structured elements and the order that they are initiated is as follows:

1. Counter Element: The goal here is to learn to both defend and strike in the same movements. Skill sets
in this element are designed to stop the attacker in his tracks as quickly as possible without forcing the
student to have to engage the aggressor in a lengthily and potentially costly fighting exchange. These skill
sets rely on various hand, foot, elbow, knee and fist strikes to disable the aggressor, and allow the student
to transition to the "Clearance Element".

2. Clearance Element: Skill sets in this element is used to move the defender into a safe position so that
the attacker can not initiate further attacks, and the defender can move into the "End Skill Sets". From the
clearance position the attacker is kept off balance unable to counter attack.

3. End Element: Skill sets in this element are used to end the encounter by immobilizing  the attacker and
taking away his will or desire to continue the engagement. This is accomplished by utilizing strikes,
movement, or in last resort cases choke restraints, to subdue and place the aggressor on the ground so that
the student can successfully escape the incident. The defender must always end an attack on his person by
placing the aggressor on the ground and subdue him,  from here the defender can initiate a proper escape
or control the attacker.

4. Evacuation Element: Even if the aggressor is placed on the ground and properly subdued, a
systematic and intelligent evacuation method should be conditioned into the mind and body that will make
the escape stronger, efficient, and secure. This is important in case the aggressor has friends or associates
near by that you may have to confront or evade.

NO LECTURES
It is important that students know that these courses are not lectures or talking points, they don't tell you
how to survive or react, these courses show you how to react, how to survive by allowing you to learn then
physically practice survival skill sets until you are comfortable and can apply them instinctively. Though
statistics are important to crime fighters and instructors it doesn't matter much to you if 1 in 10 women have
a rape attempt or 1 in 1000, because if you are that one you are going to need to know how to stop the
attack just the same, not just an academic understanding that you are the victim. Knowing preventive
measures and incident indicators are important and should be learned by all women, but these courses are
designed to deal only with the physical aspects of an attack, attempted attack, or the threat of attack as
presented by the appearance of an intimidating male presence.

TRAINING THE MIND AND BODY
