The following terms and conditions are listed to govern the research activity and requests of the client and
Genesis-SCI. By requesting the Research Services of Genesis-SCI the client agrees to comply and abide
by the terms and conditions of use and consent to North Carolina Jurisdiction. Please read the following
terms and conditions carefully, as they constitute collectively the agreement between you (the "Client") and
Genesis Security Consulting and Information Services.
By requesting and or making payment for research services you agree to the terms and conditions of this
agreement, if you do not agree with all or portions of this agree then please to do not request research
service at this time. The terms and conditions of service with Genesis-sci, its contractors, strategic partners
of third party resources are as follows:
1. As a potential client you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genesis-SCI, its owner, employees,
research contractors, or any other information partner or resource who has sold Genesis information or
has allowed Genesis access to its databases, against any and all direct or indirect losses, claims, demands,
expenses (including attorneys' fees) or liabilities of whatever nature or kind arising out of use of Services or
Information and use or distribution of any information searched or obtained through the internet or
databases. Genesis-SCI., does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any of the data
returned and can not and will not assume responsibility for errors due to customer data entry, duplicate
records, errors in transmission or processing delays beyond its control. As a client You will not hold
Genesis-SCI, liable for any damages, claims or losses suffered as a result of claims by third parties.
2. Genesis-sci, its employees, contractors, third party providers, database resources, or human resources
are not liable to any party for any special, consequential, direct, or indirect damages for any reliance or use
upon the information disseminated, searched, or sold, including but not limited to, business interruption,
lost profits, loss of programs or other data, even if Genesis-sci is expressly advised of the possibility of
such damages. In addition, Genesis-sci, its employees, contractors, third party providers, database
resources, or human resources are not liable to any party for any special, consequential, direct, or indirect
damages for any correspondence between our customers and their search subjects or any reunions
resulting there from.
3. Submissions of requests will be complete in all respects and the client shall not knowingly or
intentionally withhold any vital information that would alter the outcome of the services subscribed to.
4. The client understands and agrees that the outcome of the research may differ dramatically from the
desired results of the client and that Genesis-SCI is responsible only for presenting the data researched
and uncovered. The client shall not financially penalize Genesis-SCI for research outcomes that differ in
this manner.
5. Genesis-SCI will provide project results compiled using all available efforts and sources possible to
gather the information requested by the client in a timely and professional manner.
6. Genesis-SCI Standards of Privacy:
(a) As a client you understand that the transaction between you and Genesis shall be held in strict
confidence, you agree to allow Genesis to reference you as a client but no information regarding this
transaction shall be divulged. You understand that personal information on you as client will not be
incorporated for resale or rented to others. All personal information collected from you as client is done so
for internal administration, marketing, and the fulfillment of the research project requested.
(b) As a client you understand that Genesis may need to share certain information concerning you and
your research request with third party research strategic partners, contractors or to enter your data into
private data bases to fulfill your request as needed and as a client you give Genesis-sci such consent to do
so in order to provide you with the most accurate data, and to access every possible research channel and
resource both electronic and human.
(c) You understand that any information provided to third party entities shall be by agreement be
maintained as secure, confidential information that will not be disclosed unless legally required to do so
(d) When processing credit card payments, this information may be sent to reputable third parties for fraud
detection or verification. These providers maintain an obligation of confidentiality with regard to such
information and shall only use the information for the intended purpose and for no other reason.
Information can also be released to third parties if we find that you have violated any stated terms of
service or conditions of purchase, hire or use.
(e) By requesting information research services from Genesis-sci you consent to the collection and use of
the information you provide according to the above privacy standards. We reserve the right to change our
Privacy Policy from time to time, if this policy is changed, we will post these changes on this page so that
you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we
disclose it.
7.Genesis-SCI will deliver the research results in hard copy form unless the client specifically requests an
alternate format.
8.The client confirms that the results of the research will not be used for any manner that is illegal or
immoral.
9. The client shall not request any information that is, or may be construed as being pornographic in nature
in accordance with commonly accepted civil and criminal law and further be advised, that if such requests
are made, Genesis-SCI will reject the request.
10. The client agrees to accept the results of the research on the basis of fact in compliance with the
Search Request submitted by the client.
11. As a client of Genesis-SCI do hereby agree, warrant and faithfully certify and pledge, that
a) My desire for the requested information in no way involves any intention on my part to harm, to cause
any type of physical, emotional or financial harm, to harass, to stalk (as described by applicable laws), to
publish, to broadcast or to otherwise take any illegal action against any person, company, organization or
third party which is subject to the inquiry.
b) Information provided by Genesis-SCI shall be used only in strict compliance with all applicable federal,
state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to those concerning
privacy, telephone solicitation, fax broadcast, e-mail transmission, direct marketing, consumer lending, and
employment.
c) Information will only be used for the purpose of (i) A commonly recognized business use whereby the
business for which you seek the information has a preexisting business relationship with the subject of the
inquiry (ii) a use which will clearly cause no emotional, physical or financial harm to any person or
company, organization or third party which is subject to the inquiry; or (iii) a use that is relevant to the
subject matter of a civil or criminal action.
d) In the event that, any claim is asserted in any way against Genesis-SCI I will immediately indemnify,
defend and hold harmless Genesis and any of its staff from any and all liability including litigation costs and
actual attorney’s fees.
e) The information request is not for the purpose of pursuit of Genesis-SCI, its employees, information
providers, or clients.
12. As a client requesting and or receiving information services I understand and agree that I am solely
responsible for accurately filling out the estimate request form and that Genesis-sci cannot be held
responsible for typos or mistakes given in the ordering information entered by me. I also understand
that the fee quoted on an estimate is guaranteed for the scope of project requested as described under the
estimate. I also agree and understand that returned checks and disputed credit card transactions for valid
searches will be charged an additional $25.00 fee. I also understand and agree that my order upon my
acceptance will not be initiated until payment is paid in full and in advance and I will account for such
delays regarding estimated completion times quoted. I further understand and agree that should I cancel an
order that is in progress, I will pay for any part of the order that has already been completed.
13. The provisions herein are for the benefit of the client and Genesis-SCI, its agents and any assignees of
the same, and each shall have the right to assert and enforce such provisions.
Neither Genesis-SCI, its employees, its strategic partners, contractors, or resource providers shall be held
liable for any research commenced by it in response to a client request unless proof of a lack of due
diligence can be proven and therein liability shall be restricted to an amount equal to, but not exceeding,
the fees paid by the client.
Due to the nature of the science of research, the client saves harmless Genesis-SCI as a result
of omissions that may arise in the gathering of data considering rapid changes in specific
aspects of research.
Genesis-SCI. By requesting the Research Services of Genesis-SCI the client agrees to comply and abide
by the terms and conditions of use and consent to North Carolina Jurisdiction. Please read the following

upon the information disseminated, searched, or sold, including but not limited to, business interruption,

gather the information requested by the client in a timely and professional manner.
6. Genesis-SCI Standards of Privacy:

so in order to provide you with the most accurate data, and to access every possible research channel and
resource both electronic and human.
(c) You understand that any information provided to third party entities shall be by agreement be
maintained as secure, confidential information that will not be disclosed unless legally required to do so
