                                                    COURSE SCHEDULE TYPES                                         
OPEN SCHEDULED COURSE
Open scheduled courses are courses that Genesis schedules for the general public to attend and is open to
anyone to attend within certain specifics such as an open course for women is open to women only.

PRIVATE SCHEDULED COURSE
Private Scheduled Courses are courses or training sessions requested to be given to a single individual or a
very small semi-private group of 5 or less persons. These courses can only be requested by appointment
only.

ORGANIZATIONAL SCHEDULED COURSE
Organizational Scheduled Courses are courses requested by groups or organizations often for larger class
sizes of 15 or more students, and are often requested as private instruction for organization or group
members.

OPEN SCHEDULED COURSES
Advanced Registration
Almost all of Genesis training courses are "Advanced Registration" which means you must enroll and make
full payment prior to a set date in order to participate in the given course. Students, employers or guardians
may register for advance scheduled courses either by
submitting an enrollment form by mail, or fax.

Seating Priority
Class size for most of Genesis training courses are small, often limited to 14 students maximum.
Seating for open scheduled courses is based on
"First Pay " bases only. What this means is that the first
14 students who submit full payment will be granted secure seating for the course, submitting an enrollment
form first will not secure your seating in the course..

PRIVATE SCHEDULED COURSES
Students, employers, or guardians may request private training by appointment only, the student can contact
Genesis and request training by voice mail. Genesis will then contact the student by phone to confirm
request, once course date and location is agreed upon Genesis will submit to the student a "Private Training
Contract" and invoice, once these items and payment has been received the course will be secured.

ORGANIZATIONAL SCHEDULED COURSES
Groups and organizations may request private training by appointment only, a representative of the
organization can contact Genesis and request training by voice mail. Genesis will then contact the
representative by phone to confirm request, once course date and location is agreed upon Genesis will
submit to the student an "Organizational Training Contract" and invoice, once these items and payment has
been received the course will be secured.

REGISTRATION AGE REQUIREMENT
Persons under the age of 18 years who desire to attend courses or request training, must have a parent or
legal guardian enroll them for each course desired.

                                    ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT DEADLINE
Enrollment and Payment deadline represent the last date that enrolment and payment will be received by
Genesis, this date is the date we receive enrollment and payment and not the date enrollment and payment
was mailed.

After enrollment/payment deadline date no enrollments or payments will be accepted, any funds received  
after the deadline date will be returned in full to the sender. For enrollment this time is important to allow
Genesis to determine if course minimum will be met, to determine staff requirements, to acquire student
certificates, and to complete other administrative tasks connected with the development of the course.

Faxed Enrollment
Once a Fax Enrollment request to attend an advanced scheduled course has been made the student has until
the "Deadline Date" to submit payment. Once payment has been received Genesis will confirm seating or
appointment by email or voice mail/phone. There is no enrollment deadline for private training courses,
Organization training Courses. Understand that Fax Enrollment is for logistics only, your seat can only be
guaranteed by payment in full.

                                                          PAYMENT METHODS
Students have the option of paying either online via an email invoice, or by mail. All funds must be made in full, no
partial payments will be accepted.

Payments Online
Only Students who submit a Fax enrollment can opt to pay online. Once Enrollment form has been received
by fax the student will be sent an invoice via email, the student will have up to the payment deadline date to
make payment. Confirmed seating will be based on the date and time that payment was received. Genesis
accepts all
major credit cards, debit cards, or paypal payments. Our payment system utilizes industry
leading fraud prevention technology to protect your privacy and finances.

Mailed Payments
Mailed Enrollment Forms: Students who submit enrollment forms by mail must submit payment with the
enrollment form. Once payment has been received the student will be sent a receipt in the mail and his
seating will be confirmed both on the receipt and by email.

Confirmed seating will be based on date payment received and order mail is opened. Mailed payments
should be made in the form of
money orders, bank drafts, or checks. For all students making payments
by mail, please understand that Genesis charges a
$25 bank fee and $5 service charge on all returned
checks,
as well as lost of appointment or class seat. By requesting training and submitting payments by mail
you automatically agree to these payment terms.

                                           
 REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be no refunds for any scheduled course enrolled for once confirmation has been made to the
student, with the exception of the course being cancelled by the instructor. In the case of cancellation the
student will be refunded based on training days not started. By requesting training and submitting payments
you automatically agree to these refund and cancellation  terms.

                                                                    
 AWARDS
Each student who successfully completes a given course will receive a Genesis-SCI Certificate of
Achievement for the course taken.
