WHAT IS GENESIS CONSULTING
Genesis' security consulting services provides clients with answers to questions they may have about
security and solutions to specific problems, or the client needs someone to advise them in the methods to
implement knowledge acquired from security lectures provided by Genesis.
THE CONSULTING CLIENT
Genesis divides its consulting client base into five distinct categories in which every client will fall under at
least one heading. Each category has its own methodology for investigating and solving the dilemma of that
client. The following are the consulting client types served by Genesis:
* Personal Security Client
This deals with the individual either as a single or married person without children to consider as part of
their overall security perspective. Consulting for this category is concerned with normal social activities
both at home, in public and at the work place.
* Family Security Client
This deals with serving the family as a single collective unit, and primarily deals with issues that concern the
children or elder members of the family, and the role of the parent/ guardian.
* Small Business Security Client
This deals with serving the small business as a single and collective entity which encompasses the owner,
employees, customers and the facility itself. Business types covered under this category include:
Restaurants; Retail Stores; Service Facilities (Hair Salons, Auto Repair shops); Service Offices (
Insurance, Medical, Legal). Most of the clients within this category are independently owned individual or
small local/regional chain operations.
* Organizational Security Client
This deals with serving organizations and helping them resolve security issues that effect the organization or
its property as a whole. Clients under this group include Religious Groups, Social Clubs; Political Groups,
Trade Groups, and more.
* Executive/VIP Security Client
This deals with serving the individual executive professional or local VIP, and addresses issues and
situations that originate from the work they do or because of their notoriety. Persons within this group
would include: Small Business Executives; Political Figures; Organization Leaders; Entertainers; Media
Personalities, and Sport Personalities.

Under each consulting client heading is listed the consulting services that Genesis can provide for that
particular client.
CONSULTING SERVICE ELEMENTS
The Consulting service consists of four elements, and depending on the needs, situation or goals of the
client, anywhere from only one element up to all four maybe applied to satisfy the client. One client might
require for example only small business preventive consulting, while another store owner might require
awareness of threats in the area, prevention, and protocols, while still another owner might require only
solution consulting to deal with a specific situation that perhaps is unique to his store and eludes his
established security measures.
The four elements of the Security Consulting Service are as follows:
* Awareness Consulting
Awareness Consulting deals with providing the client with information on specific security issues, with the
goal of helping them become more aware of trends and threats. Awareness Consulting involves informal
briefings or reports to a small group of individuals such as business owners, family members, organizational
heads or individuals. For awareness training for larger groups such as entire organizational members,
business employees, etc., the client should consider Security Lecture Services
* Preventive Consulting
Preventive Consulting deals with helping the client to avoid potential threats or crisis events, or how to
keep previous events from reoccurring. The preventive process revolves around the client stating a specific
concern and Genesis then conducting threat assessments and evaluations on the client on multiple fronts
and coming up with preventive measures, attitudes, and instruction that would best help to prevent the
event or situation from developing in the clients environment, or from happening again.
* Solution Consulting
Solution Consulting means dealing with specific security problems and issues that the client is currently
going through and helping them resolve the issue in a positive and safe manner. This process is
accomplished by talking to the client and gaining a complete understanding of the situation and all persons
and factors involved in the creation of the situation and those that keep the situation active. Next Genesis
devises a counter plan designed to end the situation. Genesis acts as a liaison between the client and
government agencies, businesses and organizations that have the legal authority to intervene or professional
license to engage the problem. Solution Consulting deals with the here and now problem.
* Protocol consulting
Protocol Consulting deals with providing the client with written procedures and plans of action that they
can use when faced with certain crisis or emotional situations, to either escape or manage members.
Genesis accomplishes Protocol Consulting by first listening to the clients concerns, then evaluating the
client's environment, next Genesis develops written step by step procedures and plans that the members
can refer to, to escape the crisis and survive, and finally Genesis walks through the procedures and
practices with the members to ensure they understand how to conduct the plan. The plan also determines
member roles and duties within the frame work of the specific crisis or emotional event.
Note: It should be noted that Protocol Consulting only helps develop plans of action and does not train the
client in physical skills sets to counter the situation as found in "Incident Survival" training.
WHAT GENESIS CONSULTING IS NOT
Alarm Sells
Genesis is not an alarm company when we conduct physical surveys and audits our goal is not to sell
alarms, Genesis does not sell alarms, nor do we install them. Any recommendations on the use of alarms is
strictly based on the benefits that any system would have on the specific client situation, in a specific
environment. Genesis does not advise on the placement of alarm devices.
Counseling
Genesis is not a counselor seeking to help the client cope on a psychological level with a traumatic incident,
we are a consulting business seeking to provide the client with clear reasoned facts, that will move them to
solving the physical aspects of their issue.
Legal Advisor
Genesis is not a law service and does not provide legal advice or direction, on behalf of our clients;
however as part of our consulting report Genesis may seek the understanding of a lawyer regarding specific
issues of our consulting effort, but Genesis does not provide free standing and binding legal advice.
Guard or Protection Service
Genesis is not a security guard firm. Genesis does not physically conduct guard operations, or manage
guard operations. Genesis sole function is to observe and advise.

Personal Clients
$25 per hour, plus research, purchase and travel expenses (to include lodging when required)
Business/Organization Clients
$50 per hour, plus research, purchase and travel expenses (to include lodging when required)
