                                           GENESIS-SCI
Greg Dawson is the owner and founder of Genesis-SCI, and is the researcher and developer of current
training courses and programs offered by Genesis.  Regarding Genesis' collateral services  He is
responsible for the conduct, brokering and coordination of a broad base selection of specialized services.

As a personnel trainer Mr. Dawson has had numerous formal schooling in training development and
presentation, and finished with one of the highest presentation and development scores recorded by a
student during primary leadership school's presentation course.

Mr. Dawson also serves as affiliation manager of the Travel Resources section of this website, and the
content editor of the Genesis Security and Intelligence Journal.

CIVILIAN SECURITY SERVICE AND ASSIGNMENTS
After leaving the military in 1994 Greg worked a number of years performing a variety of security services
most of which dealt with tactical security and escort work for a number of major tactical security firms

Civilian Security Assignments
* Tactical Security Team Member: Performed duties as a tactical security force team member ready to
conduct private riot control activities; personnel protection from organized violence; and asset protection
from organized vandalism and sabotage.

* Tactical Response Reaction Team Member: Served as a reaction force team member responsible
for assisting tactical security teams out of hostile or hot situations, (The 911 team for tactical security) .

* Strike Security Perimeter Team: Performed para-military/tactical security of perimeter lines and entry
points of facilities involved in labor disputes, or other threats insuring that workers and management had
free non confrontational access to all offices and facilities.

* Tactical Video Documentation Team member: Responsible for video documenting violent exchanges
in process during labor disputes or other protester type incidents where large crowds can turn violent.
Formally trained to take video footage during and under situations of duress and violent exchanges both
against other persons as well as the team itself.

* Executive Security Agent: Performed the duties of protecting management executives and their family
while they were at their residents, and conducting tactical residential driving patrols of homes of foreign
corporate advisers, staying in the states during periods of heighten threats of violence. Performed the duties
of protecting replacement labor workers while at their hotels, conducting parking lot patrols and warden
checks.

* Tactical Security Escort: Performed the duties of vehicle escort of commercial truck drivers required
to move loads during labor disputes to prevent and document physical harassment, threats, and incidents of
violence. Provided secure travel for replacement labor workers to and from work and escorted them to
and from their designated hotels to facilities such as the mall, restaurants, gyms and others places as
designated by the employer.

* Tactical Incident Evidence Collection: Responsible for collecting documentation of vandalism, assault
or violations of court orders from documentation teams and transporting it to the Evidence manager for
processing and submission to the law enforcement, court personnel, and client attorneys.

* Industrial Document Control Agent: Responsible for the collection and destruction of all confidential
and general documents, blue prints, formulas etc, at one of the processing facilities of a major international
chemical corporation.

* Industrial Facility Security Agent: Conducted general security guard services, fire control
procedures, and electronic security surveillance, at a processing facility of a major international chemical
corporation.

* Hotel Security: Conducted security services as a site agent for a major hotel chain, responsible for
ensuring visitor and staff safety and security; and the protection of hotel and guest property.

MILITARY INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY SERVICE AND ASSIGNMENTS
Mr. Dawson is a former military intelligence specialist having served the intelligence community as a
member of the United States Marine Corps. During his service with the Marines, Greg has held the primary
billets of Tactical Intelligence Chief; Intelligence Analysis; Intelligence specialist; and has served as Special
Ops intelligence chief for Air Element of Marine Special Operations Group; as well as DOD Special Joint
Service Task Force.

PRIMARY INTELLIGENCE DUTIES
Intelligence Analysis:
Tactical research and analysis within the operational area of the respective assigned command covering
enemy or threat organizational structures, capabilities, combat tactics, and weapon systems, and how the
enemy might use or deploy such tactics. Tactical Analysis of battle field geography; and climatic effects and
how they might effect both friendly and enemy operations and conduct of the mission.

Analysis of disseminated enemy information to determine strength, health, logistics, and to anticipate
operation moves and efforts. Analysis of mission briefings and the development of intelligence reports on
that information to higher, lower and adjacent command levels.

Intelligence Briefer:
Review all sources of intelligence agency traffic both strategic and tactical on a daily basis and  provide
tactical, situational and threat briefings on that intelligence to command leadership and operational
personnel. Conduct Mission Debriefings of unit personnel.

Intelligence Trainer:
Responsible for researching, developing, and delivering courses of training and information for both
intelligence personnel and unit personnel. Training was designed to make personnel aware of  enemy or
threat organizational structures, capabilities, combat tactics, and weapon systems, and how the enemy
might use or deploy such tactics.

Training responsibilities also included developing and conducting numerous courses of instruction on
Operational Security; Terrorism Awareness; Terrorist Operations; Classified Material Handling; Survival
and Evasion; Espionage awareness and many other courses.

Intelligence Specialist
Responsible for developing and maintaining intelligence log and workbooks, security clearance records,
intelligence administrative reports, and the development and maintenance of intelligence maps and situation  
and tactical boards.

COLLATERAL INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY DUTIES
Operation Security (OPSEC) Program Supervisor
Operation Security is the plans and efforts to protect information on planned and ongoing military
operations, information on how the unit conducts operations, or the strength of units. As unit supervisor of
this program, Mr. Dawson was responsible for the following OPSEC tasks:

* Espionage Awareness Class: Conducted monthly to all  new personnel joining the command, and
annually to all command personnel, making them aware of how enemy intelligence personnel can collect
intelligence from any personnel, even those who deemed their job not security sensitive and how various
types of seemingly unimportant information can be pieced together to expose the planned mission of the
command.

* Classified Document Handling and Awareness Class: Conducted monthly to all  new personnel joining
the command, and annually to all command personnel training stressed to all personnel how to handle
classified documents, what to do it they find unattended classified documents in unsecured areas, and
explained the official levels of classification and there definitions.

* Information Security Procedures Class: Conducted monthly to all  new personnel joining the command,
and annually to all command personnel,training detailed each person's responsibility to protect information
in all forms and the procedures and methods to achieve that goal.

* Command After Hours Security Inspection: Inspections of office spaces to ensure that security
procedures of all information types both classified and unclasped was being maintained.

Terrorism Awareness Program Supervisor
As unit supervisor of this program, Mr Dawson was responsible for reviewing intelligence community traffic
on terrorist activity and express both activities in general to commanding staff and specifically how any
activity could effect the command or its mission. The program also required the periodic presentation of
courses of training to general unit personnel on how terrorist operate, how they are structured, and what
terror organizations were currently operating in areas of operation. The program also stressed how to
survive incidents of terror, and immediate actions to be taken when confronted with potential risks such as
letter bombs, and phone threat.

Security Clearance and Access Program Supervisor
Responsible for maintaining list of all unit personnel and their level of security access, and to ensure
personnel have active up to date clearance access. Responsible for preparing and submitting request to
allow personnel temporary access to classified material. Responsible for issuing security clearance
investigation packages and assisting personnel with preparing and submitting those packages. Acted as
liaison on questions concerning  package preparation between investigating agency and requesting
personnel.   

Force Readiness Collection and Dissemination Supervisor
Responsible for the collection of command readiness information such as personnel strength and training;
material and equipment strength; and other key elements of information to help higher command, general
staff, and DOD staff to determine operational capabilities and effectiveness.

Tactical Map and Imagery Control Custodian
Responsible for maintaining up to date map, photos, and other imagery coverage of general and specific
operational areas. Responsible for preparing personnel mission map packages, and organizing and
maintaining both command primary map and imagery library, and field library. At the headquarters level
was responsible for managing map and imagery request and inventory of subordinate intelligence sections.

Classified Material Control Custodian
Responsible for maintaining inventory control of classified documents, publications and imagery located in
the Classified Material Control vault. Maintained access logs of personnel accessing the vault and material
removed. Was responsible for developing and managing emergency destroy and evacuation protocols.

Foreign Travel Briefing/Debriefing Program Supervisor
Responsible for briefing personnel and personnel family members traveling overseas on, various criminal
threats, operational security precaution measures and terrorist threats and precaution measures.

Aircrew Evasion & Rescue: Identification and plans control
Responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all aircrew personnel had up to date "Evasion and Rescue"
packages. This package contained information and instructions on what to do, and where to go if they are
downed in enemy or hostile territory, and included data that rescue personnel could use to authenticate the
downed or lost personnel.

Foreign Language Accountability Program
Responsible for maintaining and updating record of and to what degree any personnel in command could
read, speak, or write in a foreign language.

Tactical Combat & Rescue Training Scenarios
Responsible for developing intelligence component of operational training scenarios. Conducted training
threat analysis of pilot  flight routes. Created training threat scenarios for operational personnel to work and
plan against.

for a major telecommunications company; training in print and electronic media sales and marketing; and
experience in military supply operations, logistics, supply administration, and warehousing. Past lecture
experience extends beyond security to include the past development and presentation of lectures on the
subjects of Cult, and Occult Awareness.
